'Crying makes Mennie go' broke my heart a little.

Hehe Melanie is such a kid herself... Babies need sippie cups and NOT sour candy, LOL!!! :D

It is HIGH-LAIR-E-ASS how much Melanie looked like Meri Lin in that very first panel! Good job, v. =Z=

<Addendum> This episode makes me happy and also want to tear up a little at the same time. I wonder why. It's funny, Amanda is so fleshed out that I think I, like many of you readers, have just fallen in love with her and want so much of the best for her ad for her to just be happy and carefree. Uh-oh, I wonder if Amanda's going to think from now on that taking things that don't belong to her is OK. Next thing you know, the police will put out an all-points bulletin for "Babyface" Ivy, and "Stickyfingers" Melanie, the Flying Bandits! :)

Men do not despise a thief, if he steal To satisfy himself when he is hungry. Proverbs 6:30
Hopefully, Melanie will be smart enough to spread the extra-legal "welfare tax" over many stores. It is fairer that way, and less likelihood of getting caught. In real life, it would be better to go to a homeless shelter, where you will be given toiletries and stuff (and least at the one run by my church). But Ivy is a special complication that makes that unworkable. |
