The last sentence "I get so tired of how people do things slow" is like my life story. I get how Ivy thinks and feels in this episode. She was mad at Adele, and she remembered past events (I think with Melanie and Theresa getting mad at her) and when she made mistakes she just wanted them to hug her and now she does that to Adele so Ivy thinks logically this problem would be solved and she can get a work and start doing it right away. But human interactions are slow and filled with unnecessary emotions. (And Adele means well, this resembles my life too. People who do things slow usually have good intentions.)
