Gotta go with Mennie on this one. Pastor Dav was a j-e-r-k. I'm not sure if I'm more scared that Amanda is having such independent thoughts... or relieved. On the one hand she will now always have someone to take care of her, herself. But on the other hand, running off and doing things like she was thinking could be setting her up for a lonely existence. Possibly even an existence on the run from powerful people that she has frightened by her power and bold nature. -Z-

In a way, I think it might be a good thing the pastor didn't take in Ivy. Sooner or later, he would've seen her use her powers, and he could've easily deemed her to be possessed by Satan, or something. I wonder what she would've made of someone trying to perform an exorcism on her!
