HOT DOG VENDOR

The hot dog vendor first appears in Issue #0422. Ivy asks him for help finding Miss Margaret's bakery, and he has heard of a nearby bakery but expects to help Ivy by telling one of her parents. When she levitates in her agitation trying to get information from him, he stops expecting things to make sense and just shepherds her into Margaret's place. Margaret is delighted to see her and announces "You found my brownie!" She claims all good family businesses have one. He exits the story in Issue #0424, telling "the brownie" to be good, and Margaret's daughter Charlotte suggests their interaction means she should think about marrying the hot dog vendor.
