“Which Ivy isn't.” seems grammatically wrong. Maybe the sentence before has to be changed to “travelers are safe” instead of “for travelers”. And woah this update was heavy.

Not following what you're saying the grammar issue is. "I need to make sure it's safe for travelers to be in the places I'm sending them to. Which Ivy isn't." Ivy wouldn't be safe in the place she'd be sending her to.
