Reminds me of Buddy - Mr. Incredible's biggest fan - who turned bitter when Mr. Incredible failed to show basic respect (Buddy was admittedly *incredibly* annoying). Buddy did have a "super power" - his brain - and became Syndrome, Mr. Incredible's arch nemesis.
Always treat even the most annoying people as having latent super powers. And that applies to Alix as well. :-)
