If Sam happens to be like Amanda (Ivy) and have superpowers in the next episodes it would be interesting to read. I'm curious now. But he has all his fingers so maybe Meri Lin's worries are unnecessary, or not? Good fantastic storyline makes people curious.

I think Sam has no superpowers, it just shows that elfy ears run in the family.

I think Sam does have an unusual gift - just very different from Amanda/Ivy. I keep thinking Sampson for some reason. Or maybe Nathaniel Bowditch. (Real person - cool "super" power!)
