I find it interesting how upset Adele can get at being asked how she knows, be thinking she wishes she knew something else, and end off unsure she knows the outcome of what she just did. I suppose it's the "memory" of being a prophet and simply trusted that anything spoken aloud she truly knows, but expected from people without that cultural reference.
Could we be missing some critical information about Alix' past, hmm? He says he isn't good with kids, doesn't want this girl to get attached ... sounds like something has happened with a younger kid (sibling? neighbor?) before.
