fireworks are over?  Also, I thought they were in the city.  Are those the city
fireworks?  If so, why are they so close and not over the harbor?

| The family didn't "come home"--they never left. They were home and staying up for New Year's. The family lives in New York City, yep. No, the pictured fireworks are not over a harbor. Fireworks are visible and audible all over the place in most urban areas around New Year's. Fireworks below a certain power are legal to shoot off and the ones that were relatively close to baby Ivy were smallish store-bought jobs likely shot by amateurs. | ||
