Your -1 episodes are so powerful nowadays, it's weird, but in a good way. Zombie.

How long as it been? I only remember two days for Ivy - a night at the couple's apartment, and one at the shelter. But Lissa Lee's come and gone, and they are past the waiting anxiously for word any minute phase. It seems like it's been longer for Meri Lin and Fred.

That's right--the Meri Lin storyline has fast-forwarded a bit, while the Ivy storyline is still plodding along minute by minute. There's a lot that needs to happen to lay groundwork in Ivy's storyline before I can "montage" hers the same way and have them catch up.

Awww. D : It just seems to get sadder and sadder.

It's good seeing Meri-Lin is starting to move on with her life a bit and considering fulfilling some of her other desires. At any rate it certainly beats the alternative: hiding away from the rest of the world, crying in bed all day and night, sinking deeper into that abyss of depression and despair.

It's because so much is happening with little Ivy. Because of the way the action is moving with Meri, one post can cover days at a time.

I can see it now ... Meri goes back to school and that's when little ivy flies home to find no mama or papa ... doh!!! She'd probably be so crushed that she might never go there again! I hope that's not what's happening, but either way, very moving character development. |
