NOTES FROM OTHERS:

Hiho/Anna2/14/097:51
Aww, poor Ivy! :(
Fred2/14/098:14
LOL no touching the ears!! :D

I didn't know she didn't like that... Makes sense though... I can see how it can be annoying.

Jefkin2/14/0910:48
Awww! I wanna rush in and take her back to her parents ... I bet she'd think twice about flying away a second time. I like that the air was a-smacking that pokey woman.
Amethyst2/14/0911:16
Poor superbaby!
linguafranca2/14/0912:46
Hahaha. I had to laugh at "Who baby this is?" I'd never heard such sentence construction until I arrived in the South, and it's one of my favorite things. That and "skrimp" and "skrawberries."
Akira2/14/0912:47
Whoa, bad touch! :) I can't blame Ivy for being like that though, I hated being poked & prodded by strange people too when I was her age. Come to think of it, I'm still like that! :)
Wynni2/14/0917:00
Poor, poor darlin. /cuddles baby Ivy/Amanda.
SHO!2/14/0918:18
Now why would you tug on a little baby's ears? Very rude and just so NOT ZOMBIE!
swankivy:
Dunno why people insist on doing such things, but I guess they figure babies won't mind. Incidentally, I had TWO recurring ear-pokers at my last job. They happen. ><
Mary Lynne2/15/098:02
This is just going to be so harsh if Meri Lin never sees her again. If someone can just get her to the police it will work out because they are looking for her, but I bet she can't keep from scaring people or running away before morning. I know for story purposes Adele need to find her, but I really identified with ML.
biosparite2/18/0910:36
This comic is brilliant work, not just this episode but the whole run.

What are a bunch of women with southern accents doing in the Bronx?

STRANGER DANGER! DONT TAKE THAT COOKIE.

So, months have passed in meri lin's story, but in the Ivy story it's been 2 days. Isn't that kind of a spoiler?

swankivy
This isn't a "southern accent." If you need more information, look into what AAVE is.

I don't think an author's own storytelling choices can be said to be "spoiling" the story they're telling.
