In sharp contrast to his imposing appearance, I see Dax is an amazingly gentle and kind person. What I like the most about Dax is his strong moral compass. Despite being from a totally different world, he is perceptive enough to understand that the behaviors of many of the humans he's encountered is self-destructive and unwise, and he would be better off staying away from those sorts of people, even if it means a lifetime of loneliness.

I love Dax... and now I want to give him a big hug. : ( Poor lonely Dax.

I like him more and more.

This seems like it should be a sad installment, but it wasn't at all. Dax getting back to that place is so full of hope and promise (though his discouragement with humans is disturbing, I'd hate for those hippies to be representatives of the human race). Dax is cool though. ZOMBIE!

Ah... Dax must be feeling in a way like he just got out of prison, hiding all the time with limited company. OK, so he's still alone at this point, but at least he's out of the "cell." Adele probably knows all too well how he felt. This page is a welcome break from some of the tension with Ivy being missing and Meri Lin and Fred trying to cope. |
