Fisher-ling? Did fred make it out of school without getting bullied?

I don't understand why you're implying this is a name that would get anyone bullied. His last name is Fisher and Meri Lin's last name is Ling. Their daughter's last name is hyphenated.

My best friend actually changed his last name because he was getting picked on (see future-page comment i left a few minutes ago)

It's just really weird that you keep posting about that thinking it's relevant, when the thing I take issue with is that YOU are mocking the characters and acting like there's something self-evident about their names being funny. I'm not confused that some people mock other people's names because they're assholes, and there's no need to keep trying to tell me about times it's happened in the real world. I'm objecting to YOU doing it, not oblivious to the fact that assholes harass people over their names for no good reason, like you're doing here.
